Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and phone inquiries.
- Assist customers in finding products and resolving their issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Process returns, exchanges, and payments accurately using POS terminals.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation (walk-in location).
