Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within SLA targets
- Resolve technical issues for SaaS products using diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in CRM systems and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for self-service resources

Qualifications
