Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account details, and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to answer product-related questions accurately.
- Assist in the training of new support staff and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Business or IT is a plus.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work full-time, including some weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
