Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and assistance with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Assist with medical procedures under supervision of licensed professionals
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred (training available)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
