Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out procedures and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations and optimize room assignments using property management systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
- Train new team members on service standards and local attractions
- Implement COVID-19 safety protocols per CDC guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English; Spanish or French highly desirable
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for local errands
