Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for internal teams
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and access controls
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base

Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support/system administration
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certification required
