Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets with SLA adherence and client communication
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems and enterprise applications
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud services
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Experience with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
