- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and asset changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and deployments
- Deliver end-user training on productivity tools and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends
