Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts and system permissions across enterprise platforms
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Train employees on new technology adoption
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS and network connectivity
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware installations
- Valid Colorado driver's license
