Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software systems
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory, O365, and cloud infrastructure
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system health and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+/Security+ certifications required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
