Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Monitor IT inventory and report on equipment status.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technologies and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is a strong plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotation.
