- Act as primary liaison between patients, families, and clinical teams
- Process insurance verifications and billing documentation
- Train new staff on patient care protocols and systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in healthcare preferred
- 2+ years of patient coordination or medical office experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic experience strongly preferred)
- Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates highly valued)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced clinical environments
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
