Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement high-quality, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.) with a focus on performance and security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices across the team.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience (UX) across all devices.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies to drive project momentum and delivery.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
