Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales.
- Mentor junior project managers and ensure team adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
- Proven experience leading complex projects in the Technology or Information Services sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
