Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user-centric digital products from concept through to launch.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, PM) to define requirements.
- Maintain and expand our company design system to ensure brand consistency.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices in all deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile and responsive web design.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
