Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Assistance: Resolve hardware and software issues for customers and internal staff efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate complex technical solutions in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system performance and perform routine diagnostics to prevent downtime.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and prioritize support tickets using our CRM tools.

Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service is a plus.
