Responsibilities
- SEO Execution: Conduct deep-dive technical SEO audits, optimize on-page content, and execute link-building strategies to boost organic rankings.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social platforms to identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical positions.
- Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from writing compelling job descriptions to interviewing and closing offers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor traffic metrics, conversion rates, and recruitment KPIs using Google Analytics and ATS data to drive continuous improvement.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all SEO-optimized content aligns with current search trends and business goals.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at industry events and online forums to enhance our reputation as a top employer.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a professional tone.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
