Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with certification training
- Process orders and prepare shipments for distribution
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
