- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy (data entry)
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Reliable transportation to Indianapolis facility
