Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments and verify inventory against manifests
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move materials efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with day shift team during transition periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (including weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
