Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control inspections
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
