Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and warehouse organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming merchandise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
