Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations and logistics processes during weekend shifts to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with precision.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to prepare and label outbound packages accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Process purchase orders and manage vendor relations for weekend stock replenishment.
- Assist in training new staff members on weekend procedures and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
