Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and cargo using proper equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately sort, pack, and ship products to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock rotation to maintain optimal stock availability.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Documentation: Valid state ID or Social Security Number required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
