Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues.
- Update and maintain digital inventory records in real-time.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
