Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets strict quality standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; however, we train motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
