Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the day shift team during shift handovers to ensure seamless inventory continuity.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory audits as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate warehouse software quickly.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
