Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and network systems
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for employees across multiple departments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Document system processes and create technical documentation for team use
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
