Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for employees in a timely manner.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, security permissions, and email configurations.
- Perform regular system maintenance, software updates, and patch management.
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and in-person at the helpdesk.
- Monitor network performance and ensure data security compliance.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and hardware components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
