Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via ticketing systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching for workstations and servers.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
  • Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications
