Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via ticketing systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in Active Directory.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching for workstations and servers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Document all technical incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and hardware components.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification is a plus.
