Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js/Express.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and state management (Redux, Context API).
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
