Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues for 100+ employees
- Deploy and configure new workstations and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts and group policies
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 and cloud services
- Document incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement
- Conduct quarterly cybersecurity awareness training
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
- Strong troubleshooting skills for printers, networks, and VoIP
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment installation
- Valid California driver's license for site visits
- Availability for on-call rotation (weekends included)
