Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage software installations, updates, and license compliance across the organization.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Assist in the administration of Active Directory and user access management.
- Document technical procedures and maintain a knowledge base for the support team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with troubleshooting network hardware and peripherals.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
