Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and maintain the company inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Configure and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows and macOS) and office productivity software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network connectivity issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new employee workstations and mobile devices.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the Help Desk ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available for occasional on-call rotation.
