Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, participate in technical planning, and drive best practices across the engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and architect solutions that improve system reliability and user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Testing & Deployment: Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure rigorous testing standards before deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and version control (Git).
- Passion: A deep passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
