Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to IT helpdesk tickets efficiently using Jira or ServiceNow.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist with network security protocols, user access management, and password resets.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
- Conduct regular IT asset audits and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
