Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across the company.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain user workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage Active Directory and ensure user access permissions are accurate and secure.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets with speed and accuracy to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot complex connectivity and infrastructure issues.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and configuration changes in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the implementation of new IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a help desk, technical support, or IT operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows environments, and Active Directory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
