Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 2 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems for network connectivity and application errors.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within Active Directory.
- Hardware Management: Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and deployment of laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all technical issues, solutions, and system changes.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work full-time hours.
