Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new system upgrades and patches.
- Assist in the development of IT training materials for end-users.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or help desk roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional demeanor.
