Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night hours.
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to prevent downtime and resolve critical incidents.
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and security patching on servers and workstations.
- Manage and resolve incoming helpdesk tickets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handovers and documentation of ongoing issues.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic network administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop environments, printers, and peripherals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP).
