Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure) and on-premise systems
- Manage cybersecurity protocols including endpoint protection and data encryption
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance using tools like SolarWinds and Nagios
- Lead disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Security+ and/or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Excellent troubleshooting methodology and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call rotation
