Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect and optimize database schemas for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, technical analysis, and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
