Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and organize raw data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Processing: Utilize tools to clean, transform, and prepare datasets for analysis, ensuring high data quality standards.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support Analysis: Work alongside senior analysts to perform basic statistical analysis and identify trends or patterns.
- Database Maintenance: Help maintain and update our databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the team.
- Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in various projects as needed, providing support in data entry and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
