Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage helpdesk tickets via ticketing system
- Assist with network connectivity and security protocols
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior team on system deployments
- Conduct user training on new technologies
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1x/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
