Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network administration tasks including Wi-Fi setup and security protocols
- Train end-users on software applications and best practices
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex technical projects
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week per month)
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 20 lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- US citizenship or permanent residency required
