Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via ticketing system and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop equipment for new hires
- Document IT procedures and maintain asset inventory databases
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and projects
- Train end-users on security protocols and software applications
- Monitor system performance and report critical incidents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
