Responsibilities
- Provide responsive technical support to resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripheral equipment
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain accurate service records
- Collaborate with senior team members on network security and system optimization
- Assist with user training and technology adoption initiatives
- Participate in routine system maintenance and updates
- Support cloud infrastructure and SaaS application management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid Indiana driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and remote support tools
