Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with troubleshooting desktop applications and system configurations
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset management in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects and deployments
- Conduct employee training on new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
- Assist with onboarding new employees and equipment setup
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
