Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system health and implement preventive maintenance protocols
- Support security awareness initiatives and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
