Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve end-user issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document all support tickets and solutions in IT service management software
- Collaborate with senior team members on complex technical escalations
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection initiatives
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking principles
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.) preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional on-site support
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
